Probus Club of Brighton

ABOUT US

The Rotary Club of Brighton is part of International District 9520. It is based on the area of Brighton in South Australia. Brighton, a community of about 20,000 people, was formerly a city on its own but is now merged with Glenelg to form the city of Holdfast Bay. The Brighton area stretches along the seafront of the Gulf of St. Vincent and boasts some of the finest beaches in Australia. The Club has a membership of 26, including 10 lady members. In 1995, for the first time, Brighton nominated a District Governor in the person of Rotarian Alan Lawrie.
